COMMERCIAL LITIGATION

The Commercial Litigation Group focuses on business disputes, including shareholder disputes and corporate dissolution matters. The Group has represented a corporate client in a multi-million dollar corporate dissolution case which was tried for four weeks before a jury in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas. The Group has also represented a nationally known craft store in a commercial lease dispute at trial in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. However, the practice is not limited to disputes between corporations. The Group also assists clients in drafting commercial leases, shareholder agreements and assists with the “day-to-day” issues faced by not only the large corporate client, but also the family business.

In addition, members of the Commercial Litigation Group have argued before arbitration panels as well as the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.
